Hello, I notice that all negative reviews refer to the Hermes service. Now the actual offer is top-notch. From several visits there, the good man knows his craft!!! Unfriendly?? I cannot confirm that!! Just as you call into the forest, the echo usually follows!!

If someone expresses something negative, it is always the Hermes faction. Just because they don't like something, 'one' is always unfriendly. Then PLEASE go somewhere else!!!

Nice person who understands his craft. Good ideas for engravings that are a bit more difficult. I heard that he advises older ladies to dispose of their shoes, as a new heel is no longer worth it. Not everyone does that. I think it's great.

It's strange that negative reviews are not addressed. I wanted to drop off my Hermes packages and pay the shipping costs normally with a card, which the unfriendly man refused. He rather advised me to go to the ATM in Marktkauf where you have to pay fees for withdrawing money. This is really the biggest cheek ever; we do not live in the Netherlands where withdrawing money at every ATM is free. It would be nice if it were the same in Germany, but such a statement is outrageous. I had to go there and then paid in cash (for the fees I would have to pay at the foreign ATM). Next time, I will go to the gas station in Osnabrück on Schinkelberg; there is now also a Hermes package shop where it is possible to pay with a card, but this man makes every customer feel unwelcome. Outrageous! I will never go back there, and if you would ever address the negative reviews, you would have long since hired reasonable staff. I asked Hermes, and it should be possible to pay everywhere with a card (Maestro/V-Pay/EC girocard). Unfortunately, this was not the case here; my friends in the Netherlands are all welcome, and you can always pay with a card, or as we say, we like to pin. There is really a need for improvement here. For now, I will not come here again.

I have had house and car keys made there several times, always done a clean job. Once the immobilizer was not programmed correctly, but this was fixed immediately. The staff are reliable and do a good job. You also get good information about all products. A Hermes package shop is also integrated, which is very good and centrally located in Belm. Happy to return. Keep it up.
